Three to four in-home prenatal visits
Three sit-down visits to get to know you better, discuss birth preferences & educational topics, Q&A, etc. As part of each of these visits we will also do a Body Ready Method® assessment for assessing discomforts and offer tools to prepare for the physical aspect of birth, etc.
One post-dates or pre-induction body balancing session (may not happen in the case of spontaneous labor before 40 weeks)
Resources such as books, handouts, or other information.
Unlimited daytime access by email, text, or phone upon hire through duration of contract (includes postpartum).
Ongoing Body Ready Method® assessment, tools, and suggestions, as needed.

Labor:

All packages are structured with the goal of helping you prepare for postpartum while still pregnant as well as supporting you postpartum. If you are finding me after you’ve had your baby, I may be able to tailor a package to meet your needs, but my availability will be limited and I cannot guarantee a lower package price. But please reach out and I will help you find the right fit for you, even if that’s not me!

Why Body Ready Method®?
The BRM approach helps support a smoother birth and recovery as well as reduce pregnancy discomforts by helping balance the body through targeted releases, stretches, exercises, and other “tools” recommended specifically for you and your needs.
While this method is incredible in the labor room to facilitate birth when there are stalls or hiccups in labor (regardless of birthplace or pain medication), I want you to have a smoother, even “boring” birth.
Together let’s prepare you for birth and postpartum recovery. Let’s be proactive instead of reactive!
In-home Prenatal Support:
Each visit I will assess your body’s tension and compensation patterns, help release tight tissues, and make recommendations for lifestyle and workout adjustments, staying within my scope as a doula.
Additional option of a pre-birth body balancing session. Especially useful pre-induction.
In-home Postpartum Support:
Each visit I will support your recovery with gentle stretches and core connection recommendations as well as lifestyle supports to help you feel your best while recovering in the midst of caring for a baby.
Can begin these visits as early as you want, all recommendations will be safe even pre-6 week workout clearance.
